District of Columbia Advisory Neighborhood Commission
ANC 4D is the neighborhood’s official voice in advising the DC government and Federal agencies on matters that affecting our neighborhoods. ANC weighs in on issues such as zoning, ABCA licensing, public and traffic safety issues.
Official ANC business will be conducted in public meetings.

ANC 4D consists of eight commissioners, who are elected every two years to represent single member districts (SMD) 4D01 – 4D08. The role of an Advisory Neighborhood Commissioner is a non-partisan, volunteer position.
