Grants Committee
ANC 4D established a Grants Committee in August 2025. This committee reviewed and proposed recommendations to our guidelines, 4D bylaws, and other documents to support the grants process. The committee is also responsible for advertising and soliciting grant applications ahead of each deadline/review period; and conducting a first review of applications for completeness and consistency with these guidelines, 4D bylaws and standing rules, OANC grant requirements, and DC law. The Chair of the Grants Committee is responsible for this review, and for forwarding a recommendation regarding completeness and consistency to ANC 4D.
Any resident of 4D may apply to join the Grants Committee at any time. Prospective Grants Committee members will be asked to review the Committee’s Conflict of Interest policy and sign a disclosure form [ANC 4D Grants Committee Conflict of Interest Policy & Disclosure Form]. A member of the Grants Committee is ineligible to apply for a grant on behalf of their organization for a period of one year after ending service on the Grants Committee. More detail is available in the ANC 4D Community Grant Process and Guidelines.

Past Grant Reports
Below you can find reports from grantees in recent past years. The date noted is when the grant was awarded. Note that the OANC closeout report form is very simple, and where that is all that is available it is shown, but where a grantee turned in a supplemental report with more information that is shown instead. File sizes may be large.
